Description

Uninstallation, removal, movement, and loading of the four (4) pieces of equipment in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall coordinate removal date with the on-site POCs: Broderick Hardrick and Lonnie Brooks. DLA Distribution Oklahoma is a secure government facility. All personnel requesting access to the site are required to pass a background check and provide proof of US Citizenship. A minimum of two forms of identification are required for all visitors and delivery drivers requesting access to the site. At least one form of ID must be Real ID compliant.
