Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: KS City: Topeka Delineated Area: City Limits of Topeka Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,239 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Total surface spaces with 10 being reserved, secured with fencing Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: One 5-yr option Additional Requirements: Contiguous on one floor Accessible 24/7/365 Floor load able to accommodate high density file system Maneuverability of trucks/trailers within parking area Cannot be located within a High Crime area as determined by local law enforcement Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
