The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 12 (NCO 12), Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, is seeking quotations from Small Business (SB) concerns for the purchase and delivery of medical examination tables and associated accessories to support the activation of the new Cleveland CBOC, located in Cleveland, WI. Interested contractors are invited to provide quotations for the following: The VA requires the procurement of nineteen (19) powered medical exam tables and two (2) articulating knee crutches with the following minimum salient characteristics: Adjustable base height Minimum 650 lb weight capacity Adjustable pelvic tilt Extendable footrest Paper roller holder Heated drawer Integrated electrical receptacles Upholstered exam top Products offered must be brand name Midmark 626 or equal, meeting all listed functional and performance requirements.
