Description

Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) requires Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) placard patch sets for official HSTF use during operations, investigations, and enforcement activities. Identification patches shall reflect both visible and Infrared (IR) light spectrums to allow for positive identification of personnel in ambient light with or without the use of night vision equipment. Patches shall be manufactured utilizing PFAS free PVC.
