This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0766 and is attached. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 512110, with a small business size standard of $40 Million. The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System is seeking to purchase Whole Healthcare Channel Subscriptions Brand Name or Equal to the C.A.R.E. Channel for their Tacoma, WA and Seattle, WA locations. Service Locations: See attached solicitation, Section D.1, Statement of Work The period of performance will be a base plus four option years. Base Year: 08/01/2026 07/31/2027 Option Year One: 08/01/2027 07/31/2028 Option Year Two: 08/01/2028 07/31/2029 Option Year Three: 08/01/2029 07/31/2030 Option Year Four: 08/01/2030 07/31/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
