Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0766 and is attached. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 512110, with a small business size standard of $40 Million. The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System is seeking to purchase Whole Healthcare Channel Subscriptions Brand Name or Equal to the C.A.R.E. Channel for their Tacoma, WA and Seattle, WA locations. Service Locations: See attached solicitation, Section D.1, Statement of Work The period of performance will be a base plus four option years. Base Year: 08/01/2026 07/31/2027 Option Year One: 08/01/2027 07/31/2028 Option Year Two: 08/01/2028 07/31/2029 Option Year Three: 08/01/2029 07/31/2030 Option Year Four: 08/01/2030 07/31/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Offers must be emailed to Jennifer Robles jennifer.robles1@va.gov and received no later than 1:00 PM Mountain on 07/09/2026. Questions to this solicitation shall be submitted via electronic mail to the Contracting Officer Jennifer Robles (jennifer.robles1@va.gov). Questions shall be accepted until 1:00 PM Mountain on 06/30/2026. The Government is not obligated to respond to any questions received after that date and time. All questions received within the designated timeframe that the Government considers relevant, will be answered. Responses to questions will be provided as one consolidated response via an amendment to the solicitation that will be made to all potential Offerors. Telephone inquiries will not be responded to. No late quotations will be accepted.
