The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: MT City: Havre Delineated Area: North 2nd St NW East 24th Ave SE South 34th St SE West 23rd Ave W Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,805 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,085 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 surface/reserved Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Accessible 24/7/365 Contiguous Preferably, on 2nd floor or higher Preferably, 20 setback requirement, to interior walls Preferably not within 640 of locations with fuel storage, gas stations, chemical manufacturing, railroad lines transporting hazardous materials Preferably not located within 400 of hazardous materials storage, water purification centers, above-ground fuel storage, and rail yards Preferably not within 400 of day care centers, senior centers, schools, hospitals, and religious, or rehabilitation centers or social service centers Preferably not within 400 of public defenders, ICE, probation offices, IRS, universities Preferably not within 400 or adjacent to facilities associated with foreign powers identified on tenant s threat list Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
