Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to competitively procure the manufacture, assembly, inspection, and delivery of an estimated quantity of thirty (30) Socket Wrench Crowfoot Attachments (Part Number (P/N) 18C12916-1; National Stock Number (NSN) 5120-01-733-4224) and two (2) Gimbal Bearing Compressor Sets (Part Number (P/N) 901-210-025-101; National Stock Number (NSN) 5120-01-450-0023). The Government intends to competitively award this requirement as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract is anticipated, with the award being made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offeror. Further details will be provided with the solicitation. The Government will release the solicitation, including any subsequent amendments, exclusively on the SAM.gov website. No telephone or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted. After the solicitation is released, vendors should regularly monitor the website to ensure they have received all amendments. The Point of Contact (POC) for this effort is Suresh Jafar, Contract Specialist, at suresh.jafar.civ@us.navy.mil. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC): The anticipated CMMC requirement for this effort is CMMC Level 2 (Self). This CMMC level, or higher (see 32 CFR part 170), is required prior to award for each contractor information system that will process, store, or transmit Federal contract information (FCI) or controlled unclassified information (CUI) during performance of the contract. The Contractor shall have and maintain for the duration of the contract a current CMMC Level status of CMMC Level 2 (Self) or higher. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Offerors will be required to submit an active DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to obtain a copy of the technical drawings associated with the solicitation. Additionally, active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database will be a mandatory prerequisite for receiving an award.
