Design-Build Renovation and Modernization of Army Family Housing, the work includes the right sizing and renovations of Buildings 8019, 8053, 8021, 8023, and 8063 including site and utilities in the immediate vicinity of the existing facilities on Smith Barracks, USAG Rheinland-Pfalz, Baumholder, Germany, and incidental related work.------------The purpose of this Amendment 0001 1. Provide 18 drawings that are part of the Statement of Work that were inadvertently left out from the original Solicitation posting. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect.
