Description

This is a notification to all vendors that the 142nd Wing intends to purchase a NINJA RF Front End Retrofit system, as well as the Annual Support and Warranty, via sole source to Black River Systems. Per NGB A4S Memo dated 7 June 2024 these items must be purchased from Black River Systems Company as NINJA is currently the USAD and ANGs Program of record for C sUAS. This update is a requirement for the legacy RFFE model which is obsolete due to supply chain issues impacting warranties and maintenance leading to reduced capabilities of the current system. Black River Systems is the only company that manufactures this device and provides the support for the NINJA system. For further information see sole Source justification attached to this notice.
