W9128F19Q0076 - SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE - This office hereby issues a Request for Quotes for a Security Fence at the Outdoor Maintenance Facility at the Fort Peck Project, Montana. This is a remote location. The solicitation will close on 1 May 2019. The acquisition is Set Aside for Small Business. The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures to make award to a single firm whose proposal present the best value to the Government. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. Project Description: There is an existing fence around a portion of the Fort Peck Outside Maintenance Facility but does not secure the entire area. This work will consist of furnishing and installing chain link fencing, complete with all posts, braces, gates and all other appurtenances, connecting into the existing to fully secure the entire area. The period of Performance shall be 180 days after Notice to Proceed. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a Small Business size standard of $15M. Offerors: Please be advised that an on-line registration requirement in System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications on SAM. Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective for one year from date of submission or update to SAM.
