Place of Performance: Work will be performed at the following nine Federal Bureau of Prisons locations: FCI Ashland, Kentucky FPC Duluth, Minnesota FCI Edgefield, South Carolina FPC Montgomery, Alabama FCI Morgantown, West Virginia FCI Safford, Arizona FCI Sandstone, Minnesota MCFP Springfield, Missouri FPC Yankton, South Dakota Award Description: The Federal Bureau of Prisons has awarded Contract No. 15BNAS26C00000207 to Sealaska Secure Construction Solutions, LLC, for BOP IT Network Fiber and Cabling Deliverables with Installation Services at nine Bureau locations. The contractor will provide all personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, site surveys, designs, installation services, testing, documentation, and other resources necessary to install single-mode fiber-optic infrastructure and associated network cabling in accordance with the contract s Performance Work Statement and technical requirements. The scope includes inside-plant and outside-plant site surveys; development of installation designs; provision and installation of fiber-optic cabling and associated infrastructure; testing and certification of installed systems; preparation of as-built drawings and other required documentation; and coordination with designated Bureau personnel at each institution. This Firm-Fixed-Price contract was awarded on a sole-source basis through the Small Business Administration s 8(a) Business Development Program to Sealaska Secure Construction Solutions, LLC, an Alaska Native Corporation-owned SBA 8(a) Participant. SBA accepted the requirement into the 8(a) Business Development Program under SBA Requirement No. 118478. The total obligated amount at award is $13,976,857.81. The period of performance is September 3, 2026 through September 2, 2027, not to exceed 12 consecutive months from the date of award. This notice is provided for informational purposes only.
