Description

- Signal Generator Power Monitoring is to provide a completely built system to include installation that meets the specifications in Section B. Please see attached question and answer for additional information Section J. All additional question must be emailed to gwynn.l.hartkopf.civ@us.navy.mil and faith.l.lagore.civ@us.navy.mil no later than November 10, 2025. The new close date has been extended to November 13, 2025 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a Signal Generator Power Monitoring. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Respond to Gwynn Hartkopf by email to gwynn.l.hartkopf.civ@us.navy.mil, The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893626Q5016 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about (11/05/25) Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within Contract Opportunities.
