Description

The Government s intent is to procure a trayline system that is compatible with existing facility infrastructure and does not require construction or major utility modifications. The requested equipment, including brand name or equal solutions, is expected to operate within the current electrical, plumbing, and ventilation capacities of the facility. A site visit will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 2 PM EST. All contractors will meet the VA staff at The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1620 East 105th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44106, in the lobby. Please use the parking garage on the east side of the street, across from the meeting place. Any questions for directions, please contact Rachelle Hamer, Contract Specialist, at either Rachelle.Hamer@va.gov. All Questions in response to the Solicitation are due no later than Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 1 PM EST. Questions shall be emailed to Rachelle.Hamer@va.gov on or before the date and time stated.
