This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested on the provided SF 1449, along with a technical approach, pricing sheet and past performance references. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621210 - Offices of Dentists. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is Q503 - Medical- Dentistry. The SBA Size Standard is $9M.
