The official proposal due date as noted in attached solicitation N32253-26-Q-0057 has not been extended and remains 31 August 2026 at 0900 HST. ***************************************************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for a Hot Oil Flush of External Hydraulics Systems onboard a Los Angeles-class submarine in accordance with HIRMC -501-27. This posting serves as a solicitation in association with N32253-26-Q-0057. The tentative Period of Performance is 27 November 2026 to 08 January 2027. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-26-Q-0057. Proposals are due on 31 August 2026 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contact listed in this posting. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2026-01, DFARS (05/07/2026), and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the standard size for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees.
