Interested parties that consider themselves capable of satisfying the Government's requirements described herein are invited to submit a capability statement demonstrating their qualifications and ability to perform the required services. Capability statements shall be submitted in writing via email to Andres Alejo at AlejoA@state.gov. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (Bogot , Colombia Time) on September 14, 2026. Responses received after the specified date and time may not be considered.
