Request for Information (RFI) Introduction: McAlester Ammunition Plant is seeking information from industry on forklift and compact loader types to understand market availability, pricing, capabilities and identify qualified vendors. All interested and qualified businesses (i.e., Small Business, Other than Small) are encouraged to submit your information. Must registered and active in SAM at https://www.sam.gov Item Requirements: (Qty-1) Compact Track Loader - equipment provides the necessary lifting capacity, stability, and maneuverability to operate in confined areas, low-clearance container mast, and on uneven terrain (example type Bobcat T740 Compact Track Loader) Horsepower – 72-79 HP, Diesel, Turbocharged, Enclosed Cab, Air Conditioning/Heater, Quick Attach Connectors, 75-85” Bucket w/Replaceable Cutting Edge, 48” Pallet Forks, Backup Alarm, Seat/Arm Rest Raised - Disable System – Engages Park Brake, Rear View Camera, Seat Belt, Automatic Reverse Lights, LED Front and Rear Work lights, Ride Control, Warranty, Maintenance/Service Lease to Buy – 12, 18, 24 months Rental – 12, 18, 24 months Purchase (Qty- 1) Forklift – equipment provides the necessary lifting capacity, stability, and maneuverability to operate in confined areas as narrow as 72" (6 ft), low-clearance container mast, and on uneven terrain (example type Drexell SL120AC Electric Swing Mast Forklift) Electric, Capacity – 12000 lb. Technical Specifications: Detailed description of the proposed product(s) or services the company offers, commercial specification sheets, engineering drawings proving material standards, dimensions, type, safety features, handling, and specialized options. Pricing Detail: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), equipment pricing breakdown, delivery, term, warranty, and options . Logistics: Delivery Lead-Time, Transportation, site delivery, and setup procedures at the MCAAP secure facility. Submission should be organized in accordance with the instructions in this document to permit a thorough and accurate review.
