NNMC Fire Pump Inspection and Call Back Services

The Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, is issuing this sources-sought notice (SSN) to identify capable Indian-owned, economic enterprises large (IEE) or small (ISBEE) Procurement is for Fire Pump Inspection and Call Back services to which may include repair services to restore the fire pump to operational status when failures or malfunctions occur. The fire pump is a critical component of the hospital's life safety infrastructure and must remain fully functional and compliant with applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. The Contractor shall provide fire pump inspection and call back services with qualified personnel, equipment, materials, diagnostics, repair services, testing, and technical expertise necessary to identify deficiencies, perform repairs, and verify proper system operation following corrective actions. Other capable firms are also invited to respond to this SSN_NNMC_SS_1521348. The Contracting Officer will consider responses for Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) opportunities first, then for set aside programs under the Small Business Act (41 U.S.C. 3104). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19M.
