Description

This acquisition establishes a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) for the provision of Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services. The BPA will support Social Security Administration (SSA) operation by providing on-demand and scheduled access to qualified intepreters for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHOH) individuals. Services will facilitate effective communication with individuals requiring language assistance and support field offices and other SSA components nationwide.
