Description

This is not a Solicitation. This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 1560- 010048753, DOOR,ACCESS,AIRCRAF. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside (FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AFTER THE EXCLUSION OF SOURCES). IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 82918 35-33251 REVISION NR B DTD 02/14/1979 PART PIECE NUMBER: 35-33251-7 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 40 EACH. THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTION UNITS WILL BE 167 DAYS. Higher-Level Quality and Export Control requirement applies. This is a Critical Application Item (Critical Part). Boeing Rights Guard applies. The terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. The terms are FOB Destination with Critical Item/ Inspection at Source is required covering DLA Direct requirements only. Surge requirement may or may not apply. This will be a competitively awarded contract and the best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the RFP will not be available to requestors. Electronic offers and offers through DIBBS are unacceptable. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The solicitation issue date is on or about July 14, 2026.
