Description

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain a Service and Maintenance Agreement for Magnetom Vida MRI, Symbia T6 SPECT/CT, and Symbia.net Single-User (Siemens Healthineers) at the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center. Basic Description of The Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, test equipment, parts, travel, and ancillary services to maintain covered equipment per OEM specifications Place of Performance: Hudson Valley VA Medical Center 2094 Albany Post Road Montrose, NY 10548 NAICS Sode: 334517 (Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing) NAICS Code Standard Size: $34 Million Intended Source: Siemens Medical Solutions Usa, Inc. 51 Valley Stream Pkwy Malvern, PA 19355 THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on September 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. Responses shall be submitted via email to Contracting Specialist Lee Kern at lee.kern@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
