Description

The National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS) within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing a competitive Request for Project Proposal (RPP) with the intent of awarding one (1) or more Other Transaction Agreement(s) to identify and implement new and innovative approaches to satellite mission operations that can lower the cost of observations used to meet NOAA s mission requirements, while including new, value-added technological advancements. Please refer to attached Request for White Paper Proposal-NEMO and Statement of Objectives-NEMO documents for additional information.
