***AMENDMENT 0001 START***Solicitation W912QR26QKD51 is hereby amended as follows:NOTE: For pricing purposes for CLIN 0001, offerors are instructed to assume 1,000 linear feet of crack fill and 39,350 square feet of seal coating.NOTE: For pricing purposes for CLIN 0002, offerors are instructed to assume 200 linear feet of crack fill and 8,500 square feet of seal coating.***AMENDMENT 0001 END***This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement for asphalt services in the Green River Lake Area (Green River Lake, Barren River Lake, Nolin River Lake and Rough River Lake). NOTE: The enclosed project is a SAMPLE project that will be used for price evaluation ONLY and will NOT be awarded. The pricing submitted will be used to determine fair and reasonableness and to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Pool of contractors for Asphalt Services in the Green River Lake Area (mentioned above). Selection will be based on lowest price and up to four BPAs will be awarded. Future projects will be competed among the BPA Pool of contractors only and individual calls will be awarded to the lowest price offered. NOTE: Contractors MUST be located within 125 miles of the Nolin River Lake Office, 2150 Nolin Dam Road, Bee Spring, KY 42207, to be considered for the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
