NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2 to announce the Government s intent to award a six-month firm fixed price bridge contract as a modification to the existing contract, on a noncompetitive basis to the incumbent, Hana-Tunista LLC. (CAGE 97TT6) This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) set forth in RFO FAR 6.103-1 and DFARs 206.103-170, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) has identified a need to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Hana-Tunista LLC to continue to perform Loaner Furniture and Appliance Repair, Maintenance, and Drayage support services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor- Hickam (JBPHH) and Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $47 million. The contemplated sole source contract will have a limited period of performance of six (6) months, commencing 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027, ensuring continuation of comprehensive furniture and appliance repair, maintenance, and drayage services. This is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to negotiate solely under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) set forth in RFO FAR 6.103-1. Interested sources may submit a capability statement no later than five (5) business days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses received for this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification. All inquiries and submittals must be sent via email to Beverly Suzuki at beverly.a.suzuki.civ@us.navy.mil by 12pm noon Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on 03 August 2026. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Your response must include your stated Technical Knowledge and Experience with Furniture and Appliance Repair, Maintenance, and Drayage support services. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The Government does not commit to providing responses to any inquiries from this synopsis.
