07/31/2026 The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received regarding the solicitation. It also extends the proposal due date to August 14, 2026. Please read the entire solicitation and propose accordingly. Offers received w/o deliverables contained in Section E.2, FAR 52.212-1, will be considered unacceptable. ************************************************************************************* 07/23/2026 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to August 7, 2026. Additions were also made to Clause E.2 in Amendment 0001 without acknowledgement from most. Most vendors did not provide past performance or a capabilities statement. This will be considered an incomplete proposal and considered unacceptable. Questions and answers will be posted along with Amendment 0003 next week. Please read the entire solicitation and propose accordingly. If you have submitted a proposal and would like to withdraw it after reading solicitation, please do so. ************************************************************************************* 07/09/2026 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to July 24, 2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. If you wish to compete for the contract described in Sections A through E of this combined synopsis/solicitation, you must submit a signed and dated quote and all other requested information by the time and date shown on the SF 1449.
