This NSN will be procured under a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR Part 12.201 procedures with a five-year ordering period consisting of a three-year base period and two one-year option periods. Based on market research, this item is commercial of a type and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12.201 for this solicitation.
