UPDATE 08/05/2026: This update is to post an Amendment (A00001) which removes "Unlimited Corrective Repairs" from the requirement, and also: 1) removes FAR clause 52.219-6 Notice of Small Business Set-Aside from the document as this is solicited full and open (as per page 1 of the solicitation--see question #1 below); 2) updates the solicitation number from 75F40126Q134706 to 75F40126Q135706 (internal to the document only) (see question #2, below); 3) corrects the HHSAR clause within the requirement for the Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) from 352.239-74 to 352.329-79. This RFQ is reopened until 08/10/2026 at 2:00pm Central time. UPDATE, Questions and Responses, 08/03/2026: NOTE 1: Closing date and time is not affected by the issuance of the following Questions and Answers. Note 2: No correcting documents are uploaded with this update. Vendor Question 1: Page 1 states that the acquisition is full and open and that businesses of any size may submit, while page 4 includes FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Which competition status governs? Government's Response: The acquisition is conducted on a full and open, unrestricted basis. Businesses of any size may submit a quotation. FAR 52.219-6 was included in error and is hereby removed from the solicitation. Vendor Question 2: The SAM.gov notice details identify solicitation 75F40126Q135706, while the attached RFQ and its submission instruction identify 75F40126Q134706. Which solicitation number governs? Government's Response: The correct solicitation number is 75F40126Q135706. The number listed on the attached RFQ document was a typographical error. All quotations submitted in response to this requirement must reference solicitation number 75F40126Q135706. Vendor Question 3: Page 11 directs the Accessibility Conformance Report to standards identified in 352.239-74, while pages 9 10 identify 352.239-78 and 352.239-79 as the ICT accessibility provisions. Which clause or clauses should the report address? Government's Response: The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) accessibility requirements for this solicitation are governed by provision HHSAR 352.239-78 (page 9 of the solicitation) and clause HHSAR 352.239-79 (page 5 of the solicitation) as detailed within the provision and clause listed in the pages just referenced. The reference to 352.239-74 on page 11 was a template holdover.
