Description

Amendment 2, 17 Aug 2026 - (1) Update CLINS 0002 - 0006 for Base year through Option Year 4 as Optional and as needed per snow event. (2) Add Pricing note: This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. CLIN 0001 (Seasonal Readiness Fee) will be fully funded upon award for the base year. Corresponding CLINs for each Option Year, if exercised, will also be fully funded at that time. CLINs 0002 through 0006 (and their corresponding Option Year CLINs) are optional, 'as-needed' line items for snow and ice removal. The quantities listed for CLINs 0002-0006 are estimated for bid evaluation purposes only. The Government is not obligated to fund or execute these line items unless required by actual weather events. Funding and authorization to proceed for CLINs 0002-0006 will be provided by the Government on a per-event basis as needed throughout the period of performance. (3) Extend solicitation to 1200EST on 8/18/2026. Amendment 1 7 Aug 2026 - Update to PWS section 3.6.2, 3.6.3 / add 52.219-14, and upload responses for vendor questions. 1. Please read the entire solicitation, including all attachments, to ensure completion of all required representations, certifications, and submissions. You must acknowledge all solicitation amendments issued by the Government. 2. Your offer shall include ALL of the documents and information listed in the solicitation; and your offer shall be received by this office at or before August 17th 2026, 1200PM EST, to be eligible for award. See FAR 52.212-1:INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES ADDENDUM and 52.212-2 EVALUATION - COMMERICAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERICAL SERVICES ADDENDUM for specific instructions and evaluation information (Pages 27-29 on Solicitation).
