The Embassy of the United States of America, Accra, Ghana and Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) require Assessment Services (Building Inspection) for a sixteen (16) unit residential compound in Accra, Ghana. This is to conduct an assessment to identify necessary repairs, renovations, and / or replacements, to include prioritization of needed work in the following categories, low, medium, high and a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate for remediation work.
