Description

The Baltimore District seeks to establish Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with Certified Title Companies covering some or the entire Mid-Atlantic region. There will be a minimum four (4) and maximum of eight (8) Firm Fixed Price Master BPAs under NAICS 531320 for a period of 5 years. The estimated value of the agreements is $800,000.00 each year with BPA Call maximum limits of $100,000.00. Due to the non-complexity of the commercial services with clear and well-defined requirements, the basis for the award of each BPA Call will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Contractor shall be required to perform all work defined under the performance work statement for title services. The work to be done under these specifications consists of furnishing and delivering Owners Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof in the form of preliminary, interim or final policies, certificates of title, interim binders, or endorsements, as appropriate, and Closing Services. Additional information in accordance with the performance work statement is included in the request for quotations package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via electronic mail to cheryl.k.williams@usae.army.mil and Brielle.A.Loman@usace.army.mil
