Description

The purpose of amendment 00001 is to extend the closing date to Wednesday, 26 August 2026. The closing time shall remain unchanged. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N0060426Q4089. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts and Deviations and DFARS Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Class Deviations in accordance with E.O 14275. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $15M. The proposed contract action is unrestricted and for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 12.102. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government as market research information. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether future acquisitions can be conducted as a competitive action. The Small Business Office concurs with the decision.
