SYNOPSIS AND REGULATORY PURPOSE This Sources Sought is published by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Stewart in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10 (Market Research) and Part 19 (Small Business Programs). This notice is issued exclusively for information, market research, and acquisition planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals, Invitation for Bids, or Request for Quotations. The Government will not award a contract based solely on responses to this notice, nor will the Government reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting responses. The purpose of this market survey is to identify qualified commercial entities, with a specific emphasis on determining the availability of competitive, capable Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and 8(a) Program participants, possessing the technical expertise, staffing capacity, and financial capability to execute a multi-year, multi-million dollar non-personal services requirement supporting the 3rd Infantry Division.
