Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for 140,000 custom Million Veteran Program (MVP) lapel pins, including design, manufacture, rubber backing, individual poly-bag packaging, and delivery, in support of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System's Research Service. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 339999, size standard 550 employees. Preproduction samples are required for Government approval prior to authorization of full production. See the attached solicitation, Statement of Requirement, and Salient Characteristics for complete specifications, delivery instructions, and evaluation criteria.
