98004 Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics Exposure Code List The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price to Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics (AOEC) to support occupational public health practice and surveillance by maintaining and updating a standardized exposure coding system used by clinicians and public health practitioners to document workplace exposures associated with occupational illness and injury. PSC Code: Q533 Occupational & Public Health Services NAICS Code: 81392 - Professional Organizations The anticipated period of performance is 4 years (base + four options): Base: 09/01/2026 - 08/31/2027 Option Year 1: 09/1/2027 - 08/31/2028 Option Year 2: 09/01/2028 - 08/31/2029 Option Year 3: 09/01/2029 - 08/31/2030 Place of Performance: Contract work will be performed at the contractor s facilities. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received prior to the date and time below will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
