Description

The 2026 Airshow at McConnell AFB requires rental and servicing or portable lavatories and hand washing stations. They should be ready and in place starting 4:00 PM October 22, 2026, and should be removed by 4:30 PM on October 26, 2026. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and periodic servicing of portable restrooms, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complaint restrooms, and hand washing stations for the given quantities shown below. - 159 Portable Single Restroom Units - 21 ADA-Compliant Restroom Units - 18 Portable Hand Wash Station Units - (OPTION) 20 Portable Single Restroom Units This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the DAF Contracting Compass. In order to be considered for award, offerors shall return a copy of this solicitation with all representations filled in. Offerors may elect to use their representations in SAM.gov to fill this requirement. Offers shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 5 pages. Questions are due no later than 29 July 2026 @1000 CST and quotes due 5 August 2026 @1000 CST. Submit questions and quotes to dallas.mantz@us.af.mil, and sean.willian@us.af.mil. Please have the quotes dated to last till October 31st 2026. Complete blocks 12, 17a, and 30a, b, and c of the SF 1449. In doing so, the offeror accedes to the contract terms and conditions as written in the solicitation, with attachments. The solicitation constitutes the model contract. Insert proposed unit and total proposed prices in the SF 1449 Bid Schedule. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award without clarification or negotiation but reserves the right to ask clarifying questions and negotiate if necessary. Therefore, the vendor's initial quote should contain the vendor's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. *Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to change the date and time from 29 July 2026 at 0200 PM to 5 August 2026 at 1000 AM on the SF 1449 to reflect the actual date solicitations are due. **Amendment 0002 The purpose of this emendment is to change CLIN 0004 Quantity, changing the number of days needed for servicing from 5 calendar days to 3 calendar days. Addtionally, this amendment is also to extend the Solicitation response date by one week. Extending it from 5 August 2026 at 10:00 CST to 12 August 2026 at 10:00 CST. ALL POTENTIAL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE AMENDMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Questions and Answers are also posted as of 31 July 2026
