This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0863 is issued as a Request for Quotation for the VA Roseburg Healthcare System for a Brand Name or Equal Steri-Trac 2 sensor exchange. Description: Contractor shall provide a Brand Name or Equal Steri-Trac 2 sensor exchange for Hydrogen Peroxide (H202) and Peracetic Acid (PAA) detection in the sterile processing departments at the Roseburg and Eugene locations of the VA Roseburg Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all necessary shipping and packaging materials to ensure safe and secure transit. There are eight (8) sensors between the Roseburg VA Medical Center and the Eugene Healthcare Clinic locations. Period of Performance: Base + four (4) option years. RFO 52.217-8 will be include will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is approximately 15 August 2026.
