SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order for Copyrighted Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Federal Decision-Making Training Course 1. ANNOUNCEMENT The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), announces its intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Management Concepts Inc. for a copyrighted leveraging Artificial Intelligence for federal decision-making training course. This action is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE This notice serves to inform industry of the government's intent to award this requirement on a sole-source basis and to conduct market research to identify other sources that may be capable of satisfying this requirement. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the government does not intend to issue a contract based on responses to this notice alone. 3. REQUIREMENT DETAILS & ATTACHMENTS The USCG requires a Copyright leveraging AI for federal decision-making training course as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties must demonstrate the ability to provide a training program that is fully equivalent in scope, learning objectives, instructional depth, and curriculum delivery to the specified training program. Please note the following documents are attached to this posting for review: Statement of Work (SOW): Details the technical requirements and core learning objectives of the Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Federal Decision-Making training course. Sole Source Justification (FAR 13.106-1(b)): Details the Government's rationale for pursuing a sole-source procurement based on the unique and proprietary nature of the curriculum. Sole Source Letter: Documentation from the course developer/author establishing their exclusive intellectual property rights and sole-source status for this training curriculum 4. SUBMISSION OF CAPABILITY STATEMENT Companies that believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit a written Capability Statement. Your response should provide clear and convincing evidence of your ability to provide an equivalent product. Please provide the following details in your submission: Company Details: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, UEI Number, and Web Page URL. Business Size: Company Size, NAICS Code, and Applicable Small Business Status. Point of Contact: Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address. Technical Capability: A narrative describing capability, documentation proving equivalency to the OEM item, and any recommendations or concerns. IMPORTANT: Do not submit pricing information.
