Description

The 171st Air Refueling Wing intends to solicit quotes for the purchase, delivery, and installation of three (3) 20,000 lb. capacity, two-post vehicle lifts with extended flex, double telescopic arms. These lifts will be used daily by the Vehicle Management Flight to aid in the inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of mission-essential assets, including large snow equipment. Minimum Salient Characteristics & Requirements: Quantity: Three (3) 2-Post Vehicle Lifts Capacity: Lifting capacity of at least 20,000 lbs. Dimensions & Power: Posts separated by a minimum of 126 inches. Lifting Height of at least 78 inches. Pick Up Height of at least 5 inches. Double Telescopic Arms with a length of at least 76 inches. Lifting Time of less than one minute. Power Output of at least 5 HP. Certifications: Both the vehicle lifts and the vendor must be Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) certified. Warranties: Minimum 2-year warranty on parts and a 1-year minimum warranty on labor and installation. Installation & Training Requirements: Site Walk-Through: Prior to installation, a mandatory walk-through with the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) must be scheduled to review utility requirements. Installation: Vendor is responsible for all shipping, delivery, and installation work, including minor facility repairs and reworking existing utilities (electrical wiring, compressed air, control wiring) in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal codes. Startup & Training: The contractor must perform a startup/test of the new equipment and provide on-site training on equipment operation and maintenance. Award Procedures & Anticipated Award Date The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for this requirement. Since this action is estimated to be greater than $25,000 but not greater than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Government will utilize simplified procedures under FAR Part 12 to directly/orally solicit quotations from at least three sources following the publication of this notice. Anticipated Award Date: 30 September 2026 Submission Statement: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
