The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) in support of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Program Office (MPO) is conducting market research to identify industry?s technological capabilities to provide National Security Agency (NSA) certified Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small Form Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family 3 (SF3) Radio.UPDATE 28 Aug 2025 - Updated to add revised submission instructions: Unclassified Responses to this RFI/Sources Sought shall be submitted via email damon.r.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil or via DOD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/) addressed to damon.r.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil and lindsay.t.nickel.civ@us.navy.mil.
