Description

Solicitation for grounds maintenance services to be performed at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Purpose of this amendment is to publish a revised Instructions to Offerors_Evaluations. Specifically, the first paragraph under FACTOR 2 has been changed to read: The Government will evaluate the Past Performance of the Prime Vendor (i.e. the offeror) proposed to perform a major portion of the requirement. The Government may, but is not required to, also consider relevant past performance information regarding predecessor companies, key personnel, or subcontractors that will perform major or critical aspects of the requirement when the Government determines such information to be pertinent to this acquisition. The past performance evaluation factor assesses the degree of confidence the Government has in the an offeror's ability to supply products and services that meet users' needs, based on a demonstrated record of performance. For evaluation of Past Performance, the Government may use information from any sources available to it including, but not limited to, the Contract Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and the attached Past Performance Questionnaire.
