Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps, Quantico, VA 22134 awarded contract M67854-26-C-0018 to TCOM, Limited Partnership (TCOM L.P.) 7115 Thomas Edison Drive, Columbia, Maryland, 21046-2116 (CAGE Code: 0J6J5) on 04 November 2025 with a contract estimated value of $37,682,584 for the procurement of Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS), Vendor Level Maintenance (VLM), Engineering & Maintenance Assistance (EMA), and Helium Provisioning for the Kuwait Low Altitude Surveillance System (KLASS).This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement .
