Description

The Training Analysis Evaluation Product effort is an 8(a) competitive set-aside under the Small Business Administration issued to provide training analysis and evaluation support to Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps, Program Manager Training Systems, and Training and Education Command. The requested services shall assist in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating and executing training and education concepts. The incumbent for this effort is Solers Research Group Inc. under contract M67854-22-D-8001. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Government. Access to the solicitation and its attachments can be requested via the PIEE Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil. A registration guide for contractors on how to set up accounts in PIEE as well as accessing the PIEE Solicitation Module has been posted to the Defense Pricing and Contracting website at: https://www.acq.osd.mil/asda/dpc/ce/cap/docs/piee/PIEE_Solicitation_Module_Vendor_Access_Instructions.pdf.Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module. Submissions via email, postal mail, or DoD SAFE will not be accepted. The following applies: Active SAM Registration Required: The prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Lack of active registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements at https://sam.gov.PIEE Role Verification: To submit a proposal, the vendor user must have the Proposal Manager role assigned in PIEE. Please verify your roles immediately, as role approval can take several days to approve. Important Dates and Inquiries Industry Questions Due: All technical or administrative questions regarding this RFP must be submitted through the PIEE solicitation module no later than 19 August 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT. Proposal Due Date: 14 September, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to monitor this SAM.gov notice and the PIEE Solicitation Module for any updates, clarifications, or formal amendments to the solicitation.
