Description

AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 08/12/2026): This amendment (0001) is being issued to: (1) Extend the quote submission deadline. (2) Add a Q&A to the provided attachments in the Attachments/Links section. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0835 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Landscaping Services in Corvallis, OR that shall include a base and four option years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 561730 - Landscaping Services. The small business size standard is $9.5 Million All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5567 for Corvallis, OR is applicable and is attached (see Attachment 3). The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation. See Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for applicable clauses, provisions, instructions, and evaluation criteria. There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. Quotes are due by the date/time/time zone listed in the Date Offers Due field. Submit all quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the Date Offers Due . Quotes received after the established Date Offers Due deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) no later than 11:59 AM PT on August 6, 2026 (08/06/2026). Answers will be posted before end of business on August 8, 2026 (08/08/2026). A site visit is currently scheduled for August 4, 2026 (08/04/2026) at 10:00 AM PT. This site visit is intended to give prospective quoters the opportunity to familiarize themselves with grounds and to help gauge the scope of the work that is required. Prospective attendees SHALL email the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) with the attendee's full name as it appears on a Government-issued picture ID (which must be presented at the time of the site visit) and citizenship status; and their company name, physical address, email address, and phone number. The deadline for requesting a site visit is 48-hours prior to the scheduled site visit date/time/time zone. Failure to comply with the registration instructions above will result in denial of access to the location and/or participation in site visit activities.
