Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a Brand Name Only, total small business set-aside. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0017, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332323, with a size standard of 500 employees Please refer to the attachments for full details. List of Attachments: Attachment 1 - MAF Gate UFR Salient Characteristics (No Install Needed) Attachment 2 - Justification and Approval Responses/quotes are due no later than 11:00 MT, Thursday, 10 September 2026 by emailing proposals to walter.wheeler.1@us.af.mil and liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil. The shipping cost is at the expense of the contractor (bidder). Quotes must acknowledge Attachment 1 characteristics in full and signed to be considered acceptable. Also, quotes must be valid or minimum 90 calendar days from date of submission or will not be considered for technical acceptability.
