Description

The 139th Mission Support Group contracting office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the remodel the existing Briefing Room within Building 20. The scope includes, but not limited to, demolish of existing drywall, acoustic panels, carpet, drop ceiling, and lighting. The project will include top coating existing epoxy flooring, lighting replacement, additional electrical work, additional HVAC supply lines, diffusers, and returns, wall construction, paint, acoustic panel and drop ceiling install. Existing bolted tables will be repainted and reconfigured, with new tops and skirting installed.The contract duration will be 180 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45 million. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government's intent to solicit quotations directly from 139th AW contracting office. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov for coordinators or brokers to quote.
