Description

Amendment 0003: RFQ 36C25526Q0617 This amendment, P03, is to disregard P02 due to an adminstrative error that declared that document, P02 was a draft. This amendment P03 responses to 54 vendor questions and revises the solicitation for fire, smoke, and automatic door inspection, maintenance, and repair services at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, Kansas. The quotation deadline is extended to November 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Submit quotations by email to michael.murphy7@va.gov. The amendment corrects door inventory quantities and identifiers and clarifies inspection schedules, included parts and labor, separately payable repairs, reporting, acceptance, invoicing, safety and access requirements, technician qualifications, subcontracting, quotation preparation, and price evaluation. Remaining determinations concerning the applicable wage determination, equivalent federal rates, specific inspector-certificate equivalency, infection-control containment requirements, and personnel-access conditions will be addressed by further amendment before quotations close. Additional response time will be provided as necessary. Offerors must review the SF30, Block 14 continuation, and Attachment A for the complete changes and responses and acknowledge this amendment and all prior amendments with their quotations. Except as expressly amended, all other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. .
