Technical capability is a consideration that will be evaluated. It is the contractors responsability to evideidnce there ability to meet or exceed this requirment. A Q&A document has been attatched to adress questions related to this RFQ. ************************* Expeditionary Airfield Lighting System C-Model (EALS-C) Components ********************************* This is a solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW RFO, FAR, DFARS, AFFARS and all other related guidance. The solicitation number is FA481926Q0063. This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335132, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing and a Product Service Code (PSC) 6210. The 2025 Small Business Size Standard is 200 empoyees. Offers (Quotes) received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2(a) using the following factor(s) to determine best value: a. Technical capability of the item/service offered to meet the Government requirement; and b. Price (evaluation of price shall be the sum of all line items, including options if applicable). Requirement Background: The replacement parts for the Expeditionary Airfield Lighting System - C-Model (EALS-C) must meet operational specifications to ensure the safety of airfield operations. These refresh components must match the current SEALITE USA, LLC equipment used by the Government to ensure compatibility. Furthermore, all components must be 100% physically and electronically backward-compatible with the existing legacy EALS-C training kits currently fielded at the facilities without requiring modification to the primary system.
