Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Hirsch, 1900 Carnegie Ave. Bldg B. Santa Ana, CA 97705-5520, with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: To provide Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) installation at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapon Division (NAWCWD) China Lake and installation at Point Mugu to be in compliance with DoD 5200.01 Volume 3, DoD Information Security Program, Protection of Classified Information and OPNAV INST 5530.14E, Navy Physical Security and Law Enforcement Program. See full Statement of Work (SOW) in Section J of the solicitation. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. Respond to Gwynn Hartkopf, by email to gwynn.l.hartkopf.civ@us.navy.mil, The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893626Q5011 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about (10-20-2025) Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
