Description

The purpose of Amendment 00002 is to 1.) correct the NAICS and PSC listed on Page 2 of Amendment 00001, and 2) extend the quote due date until 10:00 AM ET August 14, 2026. See attached Amendment 00002 (all revisions are highlighted in yellow). Offerors are to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 00002 with quote submission. The purpose of Amendment 00001 is to provide questions and answers (see attachment: Questions and Answers_75D301-26-Q-79167 ) and to revise the solicitation (all revisions are highlighted in yellow). Offerors are to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 00001 with quote submission. This requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply of continuous and uninterrupted bottled and bulk liquid and compressed gas services using contractorowned gas cylinders. These services will support two Cincinnati campuses of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Health Effects Laboratory Division (HELD), Chemical and Biological Monitoring Branch (CBMB). The period of performance will be one 12-month base period, with four 12-month option periods.
