*** AMENDMENT 0001 IS ISSUED TO UPDATE THE REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT BY REMOVING AN INCORRECT REFERENCE AND NOTATING LEAD TIMES, AND TO INCORPORATE A QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS DOCUMENT INTO THE SOLICITATION BASED ON INQUIRIES RECEIVED FROM INDUSTRY.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Class Deviation (Number 25-21). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 2126406B4200RA009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) s requirement for quantity five (5) units of brand name Absolyte Battery Kit (12 Cell), NSN: 6140-01-627-6177, part number 100G17, and ancillary shipping to TFSI (ATTN: MITCH MELLOTT), 2000 W. INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT UNIT B1, ANCHORAGE, AK 99502. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The attached document 2126406B4200RA009-0001 Request for Quotation contains the required product information, instruction to offerors and the evaluation criteria. This is a brand-name requirement.
